Hi I'm Jacob, over the past several years I’ve helped grow my independent retail and ecommerce brand, taking it from a small family business into a multi-channel company spanning ecommerce, marketplaces and wholesale.
I’ve learnt that sustainable growth rarely comes from simply doing more. It comes from knowing where to focus, where to invest, what to fix and, importantly, what not to spend your time on.
What I do
I work with independent businesses to help them with their digital growth. I look at everything from marketing and websites to UX, products and collections, helping identify where the biggest opportunities are and what could be improved to make the biggest difference.
The aim is simple: to give you a clear direction, practical support and a better return from the digital activity you’re already investing in.
